      Project Title: Driving Growth for Online Retail: Customer Segmentation and Revenue Forecasting

      Project Description:

      This project analyzes transactional data from a UK-based online retailer to drive business growth. It addresses the problem of inefficient, one-size-fits-all marketing by segmenting customers into actionable personas using RFM analysis and K-Means clustering. The target audience is the marketing and strategy teams of the retail company. Key technologies used include Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Prophet) for analysis and forecasting, and Tableau for creating an interactive dashboard. The project identifies high-value customers, those at-risk, and provides a revenue forecast, enabling data-driven decision-making for targeted retention and growth campaigns.
