The Relationship Between Lifestyle Factors and Sleep Disorders

This project investigates the relationship between lifestyle factors and sleep disorders,

focusing on stress, sleep duration, physical activity, and BMI. The problem addressed is the

increasing prevalence of sleep disorders and their links to everyday habits and health

conditions. The target audience includes healthcare professionals, researchers, and

individuals interested in improving sleep health. The study will use Excel for data analysis

and visualization to identify significant patterns and correlations in the dataset.
