      Smart Sales Strategy: Using Data to Improve Business Decisions
      I have seen around me in many small business companies that the owners take decisions based on their experience and not on real data. Sometimes, this results in products not being sold or businesses not making as much profit as they could. This sparked my interest in how data can help improve these decisions. In this project, I analyze the sales data of a small shop to find out the popularity of products, the behavior of customers and the effect of time and price on sales . I tend to use Excel to try to find simple patterns and offer practical suggestions that can help businesses improve performance and cut waste.
