Worood is a software engineer and humanitarian worker with experience working with NGOs and INGOs since 2017. Over the years, she has worked in challenging contexts, focusing on data management and analysis, project coordination, and generating insights that support better planning, decision-making, and implementation.
Alongside her professional roles, she has been actively involved in volunteering. She has volunteered as a coding trainer, an organizer with the Syrian Collegiate Programming Contest (SCPC), and as a tutor with Paper Airplanes within the Women in Technology (WiT) program.
