Nabaa Yahya - (Business Analytics 1 Course - Fall 2025)

The Impact of Animals on human Well-being

In this project, I wanted to understand how interacting with animals can affect people’s mood, stress, and overall well-being, especially students and healthcare workers who often experience high burnout.

The main idea is to compare pet owners with non-owners and see which types of interactions (like spending time with pets, volunteering, or even watching videos) make the biggest emotional difference.

My target audience consists of University Counselors, Hospital Administrators, and NGOs focused on mental health and social welfare in Iraq. I collected the data through Google Forms and used Microsoft Excel for cleaning, analysis, and visualisation.
