Muhammad Jabbas has been involved with Paper Airplanes since 2018, starting as a student before becoming the Tutor Coordinator in the Youth Exchange Program in 2021. He later worked as a Program Facilitator and is currently the Program Manager, overseeing program operations.

In addition to his work at Paper Airplanes, he has occupied several senior roles in other organizations, gaining experience in program management, administration, and international relations. In 2024, he was awarded the Chevening Scholarship and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Brighton.
