      Employee Overtime & Work-Life Balance A Data-Driven Analysis

      Using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression, this project examines whether employees who work overtime have lower work-life balance scores. The analysis finds NO significant relationship (difference of only 0.04 points on a 4-point scale), demonstrating the importance of data-driven decision making over assumptions.
