This project utilized Power BI to analyze global freelance performance, focusing on Earnings Efficiency and Client Loyalty. The core finding established that Expertise Level is the primary driver of earnings and client rehire across all platforms. The analysis led to strategic recommendations to immediately optimize marketing spend based on ROI, prioritize expert recruitment (App Dev/Graphic Design), and address the loyalty gap among high-rated clients.
