In this project, a thorough examination of factors influencing sleep duration and efficiency is undertaken, leveraging a dataset sourced from Kaggle. The researcher diligently prepares the data for analysis, employing statistical methodologies including Descriptive Statistics, Multiple Linear Regression, and ANOVA. The overarching goal is to glean insights into the diverse elements that exert an influence on sleep patterns. The analytical capabilities of SPSS are harnessed to extract meaningful conclusions from the meticulously gathered data.
